My view landing in Salt Lake City this morning. I am away enjoying a weekend in Utah celebrating Grandpa's 8oth Birthday and relaxing and visiting with my sisters. (Thanks Chris :)!)

Day 36

The Friday night game of the week was a matchup between the Rocklin Giants and The Rocklin A's. It was an exciting game with a come from behind win in the bottom of the 6th inning with the Giants taking home the win. It was a great night for Baseball!

A trip to Sams Club. Riley found some samples that he loved. It's always good to bring them along. They can always find something new!

Day 29

Our Spring Break weather has been less than desirable. So on a very rainy Friday, we headed to the "cheap" theatre to see Paul Blart Mall Cop. The movie did not disappoint. To sum it up.....Zach thought it was hilarious!

Do you notice a trend in the pictures the last couple of days...No Tanner and Taylor? They headed up to Tahoe to stay with a friend at their Cabin, they are having a great time!

Before and After

Break out the Clippers! It's usually at the time it begins to warm up, combined with baseball season, that Riley is ready to cut his hair short. It's awfully hot in the catchers gear with that much hair (this is why I needed to document that Red Hair). And Zach was just tired of having to comb his.

Day 26

Disclaimer: I never said that the pictures would all be good ones and I find myself disappointed sometimes when they come off the camera. Most of them are from a little point and shoot that I keep in my purse but the whole point is documenting our daily lives and with that comes imperfect pictures. I don't get any "do-overs." So with that thought in mind, here is day 26. Movie night with friends. This is a scene we see quite often usually with the couch full of friends (you never know how many will show up). I think I counted at least 9 on this couch a couple of weeks ago. I love to have them all here.

Spring Break...It's Raining...Zach is bored...I find him snuggled up on my bed with a bowl of popcorn, watching a movie. What the life!

I took the day off! No photo today. We relaxed, went to the park, played tennis and took naps. A great way to spend the day!

Day 23

Zach and I find ourselves alone together quite often lately and it usually works out to his advantage. Scouts and Youth activities take the other boys away and we get to hang out together. We enjoyed a dinner out at Mcdonalds this week when they were away (and then did some grocery shopping together). What will I do when he is old enough to join them?

Day 22

He has RED on the HEAD! We always thought Riley would have red hair and it's finally showing through. Probably because he is keeping his hair long, we are finally seeing it. Just like Grandpa!

Day 21

It's official. T&T can drive! We spent the afternoon at the DMV where they took their written exam to get a drivers permit. In order to pass, you can only miss 8 questions. As you can see Tanner just barely squeaked by (if you ask him, his test was harder!) We had some good laughs over the ones that he missed. Wish us luck!

Day 20

Not a great picture and nothing terribly exciting but I guess that is how some days are. Taylor is hanging out watching American Idol and trying his best to ignore me :)! I realized that I don't have any pictures of Taylor or myself so I have to grab some. I told the kids that if someone else didn't use the camera once in a while, we would have 365 days and not a single picture of me!
